Comment Period Open for Mid-Atlantic Ocean Planning Framework

The Mid-Atlantic Regional Planning Body (RPB) has released a Draft Mid-Atlantic Regional Ocean Planning Framework for public review and comment. Comments are due by April 15, 2014.

The final Framework will inform how the RPB moves forward with ocean planning by articulating a vision, principles, goals, objectives, example actions, and a proposed geographic focus.

The Mid-Atlantic RPB was formally established in April 2013 and includes representatives from Federal, State, Tribal, and the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council entities.
